White-balance, Hue / Saturation / Lightness and Tone curve adjustments

DxO Optics Pro’s proven color processing includes three powerful functions for adjusting the color of your images — for either correction or creativity.
White balance can be adjusted for both Raw and RGB images, with a series of presets for "standard" lighting conditions (Daylight / Cloudy / Tungsten / Fluorescent / Flash / Shade), and a "Manual temp." position for manual adjustment via sliders.
White-balance

Overall color temperature (red/blue balance) can be adjusted for all images, and Raw images have an additional "tint" (blue/green balance) adjustment.

An easy-to-use eye-dropper function offers another, highly intuitive way of adjusting white balance — simply use the eye-dropper tool to pick a color in the image that is meant to be neutral, and DxO Optics Pro automatically calculates the adjustments needed.

Hue / Saturation / Lightness

Hue, saturation and lightness can all be adjusted for the master channel, and also separately for each of the three primary (Red, Green, Blue) and three secondary (Yellow, Cyan, Magenta) color axes, for very comprehensive image control (Raw images only), ideal for those familiar with working in this mode.

Tone Curve

The tone curve is a very powerful tool, offering precise, user-friendly adjustment of the image’s transfer characteristic. In traditional photographic terms, this means altering the gamma of the image, and DxO’s graphical approach allows undreamed-of flexibility.

Adjustments can be performed overall, or independently for each of the three RGB color channels.
