as shot
with DxO
Every time I see this shot, I am grateful for having been flying "on the deck" and then made the right decision at the right time to instantly land the plane when visibility deteriorated. If you lose the horizon in flight in a VFR airplane, you are moments away from an accident. The fog that caused the drama, also created the magic of the moisture highlighting these spider webs on the branch of weathered pitch pine. There are no straight lines here to illustrate the lens correction taking place with DxO, but the enhanced detail and brighter image are easy to appreciate.
