DxO Optics Pro v5 Public Beta for Mac Availability

We are extremely pleased to release today the DxO Optics Pro v5 public beta for Mac. This latest release of DxO Optics Pro for Mac includes all the latest breakthroughs and advances of version 5, in particular:

  • New generation RAW converter
  • Exceptional new Noise reduction technology for RAW images
  • New dust spotting and removal tool
  • New user interface
  • Support for more cameras

We encourage you to test-drive this new version and provide our development team with your feedback using the various tools available on our website. Your contribution will be invaluable as we ready DxO Optics Pro v5 Mac for final release.

Please be aware this is still a BETA version of our software and the usual precautions should apply:
  • Please make sure you have backed up your system before installing the BETA. We also recommend that you do not process critical work with the BETA.
  • Please read the Release Notes of the Mac BETA before installing the software.
  • All areas of the program may not be functional yet or work as expected.
  • The speed (user interface and processing) of the BETA application is not final.

Please note that installing DxO Optics Pro v5 Mac BETA does NOT overwrite/uninstall version 4.5. You will be able to use both programs on the same Mac.
This Beta will expire June 15th.
