DxO FilmPack - Version History

DxO FilmPack v1.2 now includes the following new features:

- the standalone version reads TIFF 8 bits or 16 bits files (in addition to JPEG files)

- the Photoshop plugin version is now compatible with CS3

DxO FilmPack v1.1 evolves in two major areas:

- From a functional point of view, DxO FilmPack now incorporates five additional color modes equivalent to monochrome tonings, realistically reproducing this well-known conventional photography effect. This toning effect (called gold, selenium, gold sepia, terra sepia, and ferric sulfate) offers color renditions from a cold, bluish tint to a rich yellow ochre, via verdigris, brown, etc

- As a tool, DxO FilmPack v1.1 is now available as

  • an external plug-in for Adobe Photoshop (versions CS2, Elements 4 & 5)
  • a stand-alone application
  • a supplementary module built in to DxO Optics Pro v4.2

It’s worth noting that, although all three share the same  functionalities, only DxO FilmPack for DxO Optics Pro accepts RAW input files (the Photoshop and stand-alone versions process only the JPEG format).
